ATLAS Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of ATLAS, a personal training, recovery and body composition coaching application.

Purpose

ATLAS is intended to help organize workout history, body composition information, sleep and recovery data, and coaching recommendations for personal fitness use.

Connected services

ATLAS may connect to services such as Oura, Hevy, Withings and FatSecret when you authorize access. Those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Availability and accuracy of connected data depend on those providers.

Fitness information, not medical care

ATLAS provides training and wellness information and is not medical care. Information in ATLAS should not be used as a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment. Stop or modify exercise when appropriate for safety and seek qualified care for health concerns.

No guarantee of results

Training, body composition and recovery outcomes vary. ATLAS can analyze available data and provide recommendations, but it does not guarantee muscle growth, fat loss, performance improvement or any other result.

Data accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing imported and entered information for accuracy. Wearables, smart scales, fitness apps and AI generated coaching can contain measurement or interpretation errors. Important decisions should be based on the full context rather than a single measurement.

Account and device security

You are responsible for maintaining control of the accounts and devices used to access ATLAS and connected services. Do not expose private API credentials, OAuth client secrets or account passwords in public pages or shared screenshots.

Acceptable use

ATLAS is intended for lawful personal fitness use. Do not attempt to use it to access another person's connected data without authorization, interfere with connected provider services, or bypass provider security controls.

Availability

ATLAS and third party integrations may change, become unavailable or require updates. Features that depend on external APIs may stop working if a provider changes its service or authorization requirements.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS is provided on an as available basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes

These terms may be updated as ATLAS changes. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
